Late Night World Cup Screening – Terms & Conditions
1. Admission
Entry is strictly by valid ticket only (£10 per person).
Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed by the organiser.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry at their discretion.
2. Age Policy
This is an 18+ event only.
Valid ID may be required on entry.
3. Entry & Timing
Doors open prior to kick-off; last entry time may apply.
Due to the late-night nature of the event, re-entry may not be permitted.
4. Seating & Standing
Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.
Standing areas may be in operation.
5. Behaviour
Respectful behaviour towards staff and other guests is expected at all times.
Any aggressive, disruptive, or intoxicated behaviour may result in removal without refund.
6. Alcohol & Licensing
The venue operates under UK licensing laws.
Service of alcohol is at the discretion of management.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
In the unlikely event of match postponement or cancellation, tickets may be transferred to a rearranged screening where possible.
8. Broadcast Disclaimer
While every effort will be made to show the match in full, the venue is not liable for interruptions due to technical issues, broadcast failure, or circumstances beyond control.
9. Health & Safety
Guests must follow all venue safety instructions.
Any accidents or incidents should be reported to staff immediately.
10. Photography & Media
The event may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Attendance implies consent unless stated otherwise.
